Sadly, Hannah fell Sunday night and broke her left arm at the elbow.

The first words out of her mouth yesterday morning when she awoke were, "This is no fun AT ALL," through tears. The poor kid is in a lot of pain. :(

Today we see an orthopedist. I'll report back when we know more. (Thanks, Grandmas, Grandpas and Aunties, for the prayers!!!)

Yep, it's broken -- completely through the bone, right above the elbow joint. Hannah is now sporting a bright purple fiberglass cast from armpit to fingers for the next 4-6 weeks.

The sudden celebrity at school seems to be mitigating the pain, though... she proudly showed me the signatures of the high school boys on her cast. ;)
