Hannah: When we go to the zoo next week, Mrs. F says we can buy owl pellets!

Mom: What are owl pellets?

Hannah: Well, first you feed the owl... like, some bugs, a mouse, a fish or whatever. Then you go to bed. When you get up, you look and see what the owl has eaten in his pellets.

Mom: You mean, owl poop?

Hannah: No! Pellets aren't poop. They just show what the owl has eaten.
