Overheard this morning as Elizabeth was conversing with herself while playing with a truck in the kitchen, driving it to some unknown destination apparently far, far away:

"Are we there yet?"
"No."
"Are we there yet?"
"No."
"Are we there yet?"
"No."

(this continued for more than 10 minutes.)
